Rustic Pie Basics

Learn how to make a delicious rustic fall inspired pie using in season berries and fruit. You will learn how to make the perfect flaky pie crust and an amazing cranberry, ginger, pear pie filling. Finish your creation with a delicious crumble topping. Perfect for fall and the holiday season! A prep packet with a shopping list, quick start instructions, and recipes will be sent one week prior to class. The session fee is per household; only one person in the household is required to register and pay for the class. Each class is a password-protected Zoom session, and you'll receive an email with a session ID and password prior to your class. Classes are recorded so you will have access to the re-play, as well!
