Autumn Comfort Food Around the Globe

Stay healthy and nurtured during our cool drizzly October and November by creating the ultimate comfort food with current produce from around the world. Create fall casseroles, soups, stews and one pot dishes; homemade ramen, butternut squash filled ravioli, Guinness beef stew, gumbo, New England chowder, completed by homemade quick breads, biscuits, rolls and flatbreads and paired with Autumnal farmers market salads. Brave the chilly Seattle fall and step into our warm kitchen for a new assortment of international comfort foods. A $40 materials fee is due the instructor on first day of class. Class provides full evening meal.

I liked that we got to try a variety of foods and learned new techniques for preparation. We also learned how to cook using our own tasting skills and not just follow a recipe. Good confidence builder in the kitchen!
