Put on your sailing shoes and come celebrate the lands of spice and vitality. Explore India and its close neighbors’ unique and flavorful food. Get to know a myriad of new spices: ginger, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, amchoor, cardamom and more as we travel from coast to coast experiencing the regional differences that make Indian food one of the most diverse and interesting world cuisines. Discover different regional specialties: homemade naan, butter chicken, Indian fresh cheese, Paneer, curries and pilafs. You’ll leave armed with many new additions to your spice rack. A $40 materials fee is due to the instructor on the first day of class. Class provides full evening meal.
