Hearty Vegetarian Bowls

Learn to cook hearty vegetarian bowls great for week night meals. We will be making a hearty Mexican black bean rice bowl with greens. Learn to cook black beans and brown rice to perfection and make a delicious Salsa Fresca for topping our hearty bowls. We will also make roasted corn salad thats great as a side dish or as an additional topping on your vegetarian bowl. For dessert, vegan cowboy cookies. Chef Michele will also provide you with an additional recipe for making a hearty Farro mushroom ragout and spinach bowl.
