Through delicate guidance in activities of their choosing, students will discover efficient, effective, and more fun ways of doing their daily, professional and recreational activities. Students will gain a greater anatomical understanding of themselves in movement, and learn how learn to use this awareness and constructive thinking to make ongoing, personal improvements.
