Spanish for Nurses and Healthcare Professionals - Level 1

First in a series of three classes designed for individuals studying or working in healthcare-related areas. Learn Spanish medical terminology and practice conversations to communicate efficiently in Spanish with clients and patients. Practice vocabulary related to medical settings like hospitals, health care facilities, medical schools and social services. This course will also prepare you for potential work in medicine, nursing, social work, translation/interpretation or mental health settings. The instructor is an experienced native speaker instructor and expert in medical terminology. Prerequisites: Some previous knowledge of Spanish (3 to 6 months) at a beginner level is required.
