Strength and Conditioning

Come get fit and have a blast! Interval training blends strength and cardiovascular circuits using body weight, dumbbells and a variety of equipment. This 90-minute class provides full-body conditioning and will target strength, balance, cardio and flexibility. This workout is loaded with functional exercises designed to give you the ultimate challenge. All levels welcome. Class includes membership in the Wellness Center for the quarter. Please bring a water bottle and towel and be ready to get strong!

Carrie added variety to each class and I never got bored, which was something I've experienced in past group workouts. This made it challenging, and dare I say fun? She has a great sense of humor, and is very personable, not just a person yelling at us. And I love knowing about what parts of our body are doing, so that's another thing--I always want more anatomy information.
