CE Food Drive

Continuing Education Food Drive

Continuing Education at North Seattle College is stepping up to help our community during a time when many are struggling to meet their basic needs. With the ongoing issues with SNAP benefits, recent layoffs, and the rising cost of living, more families, students, and neighbors are facing food insecurity than ever before.

We’ve partnered with the University District Food Bank to collect food and essential items for those who need it most. Our goal is simple: to build on the food bank’s ongoing efforts and help more people in our community access nutritious food and basic necessities.

Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. Whether it’s a few extra pantry staples, household goods, or personal care items, your contribution helps bring relief and comfort to someone right here in our local community.

How to Help:
You can drop off non-perishable food and essential items at the Continuing Education office. We’ll make sure every donation goes directly to the University District Food Bank to support local families in need.

Together, we can make sure no one in our community goes hungry.

Location:
Continuing Education office located in room CC 1152, ground level, west side of the College Center building (next to the Security office).

Drop Off Hours:
You can drop items off Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting November 10, 2025. The Food Drive will end on January 5th, 2026.  Our office will be closed for the following holidays:

  • Thursday, Nov 27, 2025 Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday, Nov 28, 2025 Native American Heritage Day
  • Monday, Dec 22, 2025 - Thursday, Jan 1, 2026 Winter Break
