Dennice Jordan has been teaching ASL with North Seattle College since 2000. Born deaf in a silent world, she could not hear the doctors and nurses announce "it's a girl." From her family, she learned to be strong and have a sense of humor. She enjoys making people laugh and believes it makes her more spiritual. Dennice loves to teach people who enjoy learning sign language and about the deaf culture. She believes that sign language is beautiful and loves to see people get excited about learning the language.
