Zachary Beckhusen

Zac is currently an Adjunct Professor at Portland Community College teaching several retirement courses. He enjoys helping people through teaching and making complex topics easier to understand. He's been doing seminars for 8+ years and addressed audiences from a few people in community libraries to sizable family-owned businesses for employee financial wellness. He owns a mid-sized independent financial planning practice. He and his staff service clients in 17 states and primarily help those in the pre-retirement or retirement phase of their life, as this has been a deep focus of his expertise over the past eight years.

Zac holds the following professional certifications--CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional AWMA® - Accredited Wealth Management Advisor My licenses include a Series 7, Series 63, Series 66, Life and Health Insurance. He attended Washington State University in Pullman, WA and obtained a degree in Marketing as well as the American College where he obtained his CFP certification. He is a WSUAA Lifetime member, a member of the Financial Services Institute, and a certified instructor with the Financial Educators Network.

When he's not helping his clients or teaching, Zac enjoying spending time with his wife, two kids, and cat. He and his family enjoy RV'ing in the summer, playing soccer, wakeboarding, snowboarding, playing bad golf, attempting to perfect BBQ on the Traeger, and watching WSU Football.
