Paige St-Pierre

Paige St-Pierre is a Seattle based Fiber Artist and Educator. With a curiosity for the natural world, she infuses reclaimed textiles with natural dyes grown in her backyard dye garden.
She further embellishes her hand dyed cloth and paper with artful stitching inspired by humanity’s long history of textile reuse techniques such as stitched shibori, bojagi, kantha, and sashiko .
St-Pierre teaches curiosity driven, hands-on, experiential workshops where students can reconnect with nature and their own creativity by making art with natural dye, collage and stitch.
She is a member of Surface Design Association, Fiber Arts Now and Zero Waste Washington’s Repair Economy.
She earned her Apparel Design degree from Seattle Central College, Master in Teaching and Bachelor in French Language & Literature both from the University of Washington.
