Blake has been a licensed Real Estate broker since 2016, with millions of dollars in closed transactions. 

Blake Cisneros is passionate about connecting people with their dream property.  Offering his clients a full spectrum of services including commercial & residential sales, acquisitions, investments, development projects, and procurement of the best properties available in today's market.  Working with Blake you can expect to receive concierge level service blended with high ethics, strong integrity, honesty, transparency and fairness in every transaction.  

Prior to Real Estate, Blake was a performing artist and educator. Blake Cisneros is the Founder, Director and Lead Teacher of Yanvalou Drum School, and Aguacero: Contemporary Ritual Drum and Dance. Blake has been involved in African and Afro-Caribbean drum and dance for 25 years.  He has studied intensively with drummers and dancers from Cuba, Haiti, West Africa, and Brazil.  

Blake has experience working with youth and adults of all ages and backgrounds as a drum and dance teacher and group facilitator. He has led classes in Washington, New Mexico, New England, California and Hawaii.  He has worked with organizations such as the YMCA, Power of Hope, Hawaii Public School District, Arts in Education NM, Western Washington University, REI, Bellevue Community College, University of Washington, and X8 Interactive Drumming.  

Blake incorporates his knowledge of ethnomusicology into the lessons and creates a safe and joyful atmosphere of learning. He also seeks to instill the value of drumming for healing and health, as we move further into a hyper-industrial world, Blake encourages the therapeutic uses of the drum.  

He is passionate and honored to share with others this beautiful journey of rhythm and movement. 

After graduating from Evergreen State College with a B.A. in Bilingual Education, he worked in K-12 public schools as a Spanish Teacher and Music teacher. In 2012, Blake created an award winning early learning music and language program called Baby Jam (www.babyjam.org) that serves thousands of families in the Seattle area. In addition to music, Blake is a certified Creative Facilitator, working with corporate and community groups to problem solve, motivate and work collaboratively. 
 
In his spare time, Blake works on music production for TV and Film, enjoys paddle boarding, yoga, camping and hiking trips with his family throughout the Pacific Northwest.
