Holding an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard University and currently pursuing an M.S.W. at the University of Washington, James brings a wealth of academic excellence and professional expertise to his teaching roles. As the founder of Seattle Food Safety, he has developed a robust educational program that addresses food safety and compliance, catering to a broad audience from local businesses to multinational corporations.

In his current role as a Teaching Assistant at Harvard University, James assists in the delivery of courses on leadership, enhancing educational materials and providing valuable feedback to students. His extensive background also includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at Seattle Colleges, where he led staff development initiatives and championed inclusive practices in training.
