Carolyn Illman

Carolyn Illman holds a degree in Communications from the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University and brings over 17 years of program management expertise to her work. Her career spans roles as a digital producer, program manager, process improvement lead, design manager, business owner, consultant, general contractor, and chair of multiple nonprofit boards.

 

As a Senior Program Manager and Bar Raiser at Amazon, Carolyn conducted hundreds of interviews for roles ranging from economists and UX designers to business analysts and fellow program managers. Hire Possibilities was founded to help job seekers, hiring managers, and small business owners master interviews and improve hiring strategies. Known for her tailored, practical approach, she listens deeply, asks the right questions, and crafts strategies that align with each client’s goals.
