Diana Ma
Diana Ma is a Chinese American author of Young Adult and Middle Grade books. She teaches creative writing at North Seattle College and is a faculty member in the English department. Diana has also taught creative writing webinars for the Highlights Foundation and the Society of Children Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI). She has given book talks at various speaker series, conferences, and book fairs, and she also presents on equitable education through Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Her debut novel Heiress Apparently was a 2021 Washington State Book Award finalist in Young Adult Literature, and her novel Her Rebel Highness received a starred review from the School Library Journal. Diana was also a 2019 We Need Diverse Books mentee and is a Highlights Foundation Muslim Storytellers Fellow.
