To complete the Adult Family Home Administrator Certification Course prerequisite, you must first register and pay the Testing Fee. Washington State DSHS requires all students to demonstrate sufficient English language proficiency before taking the certification course.
After you register and pay the fee, we will send you an email with instructions on how to schedule your English proficiency test. .
The Fall Quarter English proficiency test is available from August 31 through December 16.

If you want to use a transcript to show that you passed English 101, you must first register and pay the Transcript Review Fee. The transcript must be official, from an accredited U.S. college or university, and sent by mial directly from the college or university in a sealed envelope. We can not accept digital transcripts.
After you register and pay the fee, we will email you instructions. Transcript reviews are completed once each month.
You cannot register for the Administrator Certification until your transcript has been reviewed and approved.
