Croissants From Scratch

Learn the ins and outs of making croissants from scratch in this two day class. Chef Michele will walk you through making croissant dough from scratch, incorporating butter blocks and folding and turning the dough to create the paper thin layers of butter that make croissants so light and flakey. Recipe variations for sweet and savory croissants will also be covered. Please note this is a two day class.
