Sometimes flaky, sometimes like cardboard--what happened?! Is making a good pie crust just luck of the draw? No! Learn the science and technique behind creating fool-proof tender pie crusts and leave class armed with knowledge, recipes, and a delicious Thanksgiving pie and one to store in the freezer to enjoy later. We will make and bake a salted caramel apple pie complete with a beautiful lattice top. Our freeze and enjoy later pie will be a chocolate cream pie sure to satisfy the chocolate lovers around your holiday table. Plus get recipes for pumpkin pie and Chef Michele's personal favorite, cheesecake. You will receive a class prep packet, recipes, and a video recording of the class. The class price is for two people attending from one kitchen; only one person is required to register and pay for the class.
