Beginning Tai Chi: Grasping the Sparrow's Tail

Tai Chi Classes Learn one of the best forms of low-impact exercise for health and longevity. Increase flexibility and strength by learning this slow flowing movement meditation. Experience deeper self-awareness, improved balance and mental concentration, as well as increased physical energy. Tai Chi is beneficial for all.

  • Students attending classes at the Roy Flores Wellness Center must present a valid ID to enter the facility. Additionally, students are required to complete a waiver, which will be provided on the first day of class and must be submitted before next class.

    Bring a packed lunch to class. MicroMarket is closed on weekends.

  • Dennis has a deep understanding of Tai Chi and he is great at teaching it to others. He takes the time to explain the purpose of the moves so it's easier to learn them. The classes have a comfortable atmosphere and he's happy to answer questions.
