Handmade Halloween Costumes

Have a great idea for a DIY Halloween costume but don't know where to start? Join fiber artist Paige St-Pierre in October to turn your idea into a wearable costume! We'll cover design, fabrics, pattern making, sewing basics, and more. By the end, you'll have a finished costume ready to show off. Bring reference photos or sketches and ideas for fabrics or accessories to the first class. No prior experience is needed, though some garment construction experience helps. We'll focus on no-sew and hand stitching, but feel free to bring a sewing machine if you know how to use it. All levels welcome! Instructor will supply scissors, threads and needles for students to use. Participants are responsible for what they will need to construct their own costume.
