Negotiation Foundations: Practical Skills for Business and Life

Negotiation is a critical life skill, yet most people are never taught how to do it effectively.  This practical, hands-on course introduces a simple, repeatable framework to help you confidently navigate real-world negotiations—from job offers and salary discussions to everyday conversations and decisions.  You will build foundational skills and learn common strategies.  By the end of this course, you will understand how to use leverage and momentum to achieve better outcomes.  Through interactive exercises, real-life scenarios, and guided practice, you will build the necessary skills to advocate for yourself and approach negotiations with confidence.
