This practical course introduces real estate professionals to financing tools that solve common transaction challenges, including buyers who must sell before purchasing, self-employed borrowers with complex income, clients with limited cash to close, and seniors looking to right-size their housing.
Agents will gain a working understanding of solutions such as rate buydowns, seller credits, bridge loans, down payment assistance programs, assumable mortgages, alternative income documentation loans, and reverse mortgages for purchase.
