Sustaining Vitality: Qigong

Tai Chi Classes

Increase vitality, give your immune system a boost, and feel more energetic. Qigong is based on the principle of balancing your body's natural energy (Qi) through meditation, breathing, and movement exercises that are easy to learn and put into practice. This class focuses on three types of Qigong: meditative relaxation, movement exercises, and healing sounds. Come join us in this fun informative class.

  • Students attending classes at the Roy Flores Wellness Center must present a valid ID to enter the facility. Additionally, students are required to complete a waiver, which will be provided on the first day of class and must be submitted before next class.

    Students are encouraged but not required to pack a lunch, as the MicroMarket is closed on weekends.

    Students attending classes at the Roy Flores Wellness Center must present a valid ID upon entering the facility and complete a waiver at their first class. Please note that general access to the Wellness Center outside scheduled class time is not included in the price of the class.
