The cauliflower is coated and bakes up with a crispy, crunchy texture, like it's been fried but without the grease. Everything comes together fast and piles high on warm corn tortillas. For dessert, we’ll make a simple vegan chocolate cake. No special equipment or ingredients required. You’ll get clear steps and real-time guidance throughout.
