You'll get to practice piping flowers and borders, learning to fill your piping bags like a pro and color buttercream for eye-catching designs. With one baking class via Zoom and the rest in-person, this class is all about collaboration, creativity, and cake, what more could you want? Cookie Decorating for Beginners
Ready to turn plain sugar cookies into edible works of art? Join award-winning Sugar Artist and Food Network Competitor, Michele Sweeney, for a fun-filled cookie decorating adventure! Whether you're a beginner or just looking to level up your skills, this class will guide you through the essentials of working with royal icing. You'll learn how to master icing consistencies, outline and flood like a pro, and create stunning designs for any occasion. Plus, you'll learn how to make your own sprinkles and royal icing transfers to add that extra flair to your creations. Each quarter brings fresh themes, so there's always something new to decorate! Bring an apron, wear your comfiest clothes, and don't forget a sack lunch - this is one deliciously creative day you won't want to miss!

Holiday Pie Making
Flaky or cardboard… what’s going on with pie crust? It’s not luck. Bake along with Chef Michele in this live online class and learn the science and technique behind creating tender, foolproof pie crusts you can rely on every time.You’ll make and bake a salted caramel apple pie with a classic lattice top right from your own kitchen. Along the way, you’ll build confidence working with dough, learn how to avoid common mistakes, and understand what actually makes a crust tender and flaky.
You’ll also get recipes for chocolate cream pie, pumpkin pie, and Chef Michele’s personal favorite, cheesecake so you can expand your holiday baking lineup.
You’ll receive a shopping and equipment list 5 days before class, a prep packet with recipes and Zoom link 2 days before class, and a full video replay after class.
One registration covers up to two people cooking together in the same kitchen.

Gnocchi from Scratch
Learn how to make soft, pillowy gnocchi from scratch in this hands-on online class. You’ll mix, shape, and cook gnocchi using a simple, approachable method that gives you consistent results every time.We’ll pair it with a rich brown butter sage sauce and caramelized butternut squash. The dish is warm, nutty, and balanced with just the right brightness. You’ll leave with the confidence to make gnocchi from scratch, handle dough without overthinking it, and build a complete, restaurant-style dish at home.

French Macarons from Scratch
Bake along with Chef Michele as you learn how to create delicious French macarons (not to be confused with coconut macaroons). These cookies are made with almond flour and have a delicate crispy shell and a soft, chewy center. We will be making chocolate macarons with white chocolate raspberry ganache to fill your macarons. Chef Michele will give you recipes and pointers for switching up your ganache to create holiday flavors like peppermint white chocolate and how to use fruit to infuse your ganache. You will receive a class prep packet, recipes, and a video recording of the class. The class price is for two people attending from one kitchen; only one person is required to register and pay for the class.

Holiday Cookie Decorating: Build a Wreath Centerpiece
Create a holiday centerpiece that's almost too pretty to eat! Join award-winning Sugar Artist and Food Network Competitor Chef Michele Sweeney as you decorate a festive holiday wreath cookie made from multiple sugar cookie pieces that come together to form one beautiful display.Designed with beginners in mind, this hands-on class will introduce you to the fundamentals of decorating with royal icing. You'll learn how to color icing, achieve the right icing consistencies, outline and flood cookies, add dimension and decorative details, and assemble your decorated pieces into a stunning holiday wreath perfect for gifting, entertaining, or displaying at your holiday table.
Along the way, you'll pick up professional decorating tips and techniques that can be applied to future cookie projects. Students will also receive a digital copy of Chef Michele's Cookies for All Occasions cookbook, packed with recipes, decorating tips, and inspiration for future creations.
Bring an apron, wear comfortable clothes, and don't forget a sack lunch. You'll leave with new skills, decorating confidence, a festive edible creation, and resources to continue decorating at home long after the holidays are over.
