Sustaining Vitality: Qigong

Qigong is based on the principle of balancing your body's natural energy (Qi) through meditation, breathing, and movement exercises that are easy to learn and put into practice. This class focuses on three types of Qigong: meditative relaxation, movement exercises, and healing sounds. Come join us in this fun informative class.
