Carpentry & Woodworking: Advanced Adirondack Chair

Have you taken our Basic Carpentry and Woodworking class? Looking for advanced projects to hone your skills? You are invited to continue your woodworking journey as we add to our understanding and comfort of using both stationary and portable power tools in the design and construction of an Adirondack Chair. We will be fabricating the various pieces into the desired shapes using jig saws, routers, sanders and miter saws. The use of jigs, patterns and templates will enable us to create the many pieces for this unique and very comfortable summertime chair.

Basic Carpentry and Woodworking I is required before attending Woodworking II and can be accomplished in the same quarter. Emailed instructions and will be provided a few days before the first class.
